Originally from France and now based in Northern Virginia, I combine my background in yoga, women’s health, and mind–body practices to help parents feel confident, informed, and deeply connected to their experience. My own path through conception, pregnancy, and motherhood, marked by resilience, growth, and the discovery of supportive practices like yoga, continues to inspire my mission: to meet every family with empathy, evidence-based guidance, and genuine care.
