Birth, Postpartum, and Lactation Education
If you are looking for an empowered and informed parenting experience, look no further than our childbirth, postpartum, and lactation classes. Each class is taught by an experienced doula who brings their real-world experience into the classroom to create an environment of understanding and expertise. Our classes can be taught in the comfort of your home or at our group class location. For families utilizing our birth or postpartum doula services, discounts are available.

Childbirth Comprehensive
Learn everything you need to know
for childbirth in our conveniently taught eight-hour group class. Class will include hands-on comfort measures and a lunch break. Taught by experienced childbirth educator, yoga instructor, and doula Amelie Gislot.

Welcoming Baby Home
Take our lactation and postpartum crash course to learn everything you need to know about navigating postpartum and feeding your baby during our three-hour combo lactation and postpartum class. Our class is taught by Mary Ghyabi, a certified and experienced postpartum doula and CLCs. This class can be taken individually or as an add-on to our Hello Birth or Childbirth Express Class.

Lactation Class
If you are looking for a slower-paced, more in-depth lactation learning experience, this class is for you, available in both private and group options.
