About the event
Breaking down what you can expect to learn from our class:
What to expect in the fourth trimester, both physically and emotionally
How to promote healing, recovery, and wellness in the postpartum period
How to spot health concerns in both mother and baby
How to care for your newborn- recognizing hunger cues, safe sleep practices, soothing the baby, diapering, tummy time, and more!
How to prepare to feed your baby, whether you choose to breastfeed or bottle feed

Ticket for 1 Couple
The class fee for non-doula clients is $250 and $175 for Madam Doula clients. Each class session runs seven hours, six class hours, and one hour for lunch. You also receive a print workbook. This class is held at Nurturing Touch & Wellness (21631 Ridgetop Cir, STE 225, Sterling, VA 20166) at 10:00 AM on April 25th.
