As a Virginia State-Certified Postpartum Doula and Advanced Newborn Care Specialist with more than 20 years of experience caring for newborns and infants, I provide individualized, evidence-based care tailored to your family's unique goals and needs. My training includes breastfeeding education, newborn care best practices, infant sleep and development, postpartum mental health, and other specialized areas of postpartum and newborn care.
