After giving birth to a baby and bringing them home, having an exceptional support system is one of the most important and unfortunately overlooked pieces of the puzzle. I never want  anyone to feel like they're failing as parents. Parenting can be hard and the transition into it doesn't have to be so difficult. That's where I come in! Parents don't have to do it alone!

I discovered my passion for supporting mothers and children while working at an Ob/Gyn office in Northern California. This experience inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to assisting growing families. On the path where I am today, I started my working part-time as an Early Childhood Educator at a child development center. Recognizing my potential, the director of operations offered me a full-time position. Over the course of more than 20 years, I gained valuable experience nurturing and teaching children from infancy to first grade, eventually transitioning into the field of postpartum doula work.

My educational background includes a B.A. in Family Studies, Consumer Science with an emphasis in Nutrition, along with certifications in Early Childhood Education, Postpartum Doula training through ProDoula,  Baby Signs® Independent Certified Instructor, and Be Her Village Baby Gift Registry Expert.

Born in San Francisco, CA, I later moved to San Diego for over 10 years before seeking a change of scenery and settling in Northern Virginia on the East Coast. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, cooking, baking, dancing, watching movies, and engaging in sports such as football, basketball, and baseball. Additionally, I cherish spending quality time with my family, friends, and FaceTiming with my wonderful niece and nephew.
